NORWOOD – Have you ever walked down Washington Street and thought, I wish everyone knew about that!? Do you have an opinion on the latest Town Meeting proposal, or a fascinating piece of Norwood history only your family knows?
If so, Inside Norwood is officially putting out a call to action: We want to hear from you!
Inside Norwood is a community resource. To be truly reflective of our town, we must include the diverse voices of our residents. Your perspective is valuable, and we are committed to helping you share it with your neighbors.
We are seeking Norwood residents—of all abilities—to volunteer and share their unique perspectives, report on local happenings, and tell the stories that make our town special.
What We Are Looking For
We believe the most authentic and vital coverage of Norwood comes directly from the people who live, work, and raise families here. We welcome contributions on almost any topic relevant to life in our community, including:
- Local News & Events: Coverage of school board meetings, Select Board actions, community initiatives, or profiles of local heroes.
- Neighborhood Stories: Human-interest pieces about life on your street, profiles of a favorite local business, or reports on town trends.
- Opinion Pieces (Op-Eds): Thoughtful, well-written arguments and commentary on municipal issues, development, schools, parks, or town policies.
- Norwood History & Culture: Deep dives into our rich past, spotlights on local artists, or reviews of performances at the Norwood Theatre.
Don’t Be Shy: All Abilities Welcome
Perhaps you’ve never written anything for publication before, or maybe you’re as passionate about Norwood as we are. Inside Norwood can be your outlet.
