Norwood Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man who was seen engaging in suspicious activity in the Rose Court area early Wednesday morning.
On August 27, at approximately 4:47 a.m., an individual was spotted in the Rose Court neighborhood. The person is described as a white male, approximately 5’10” with black hair. He was last seen wearing a light-colored t-shirt and khaki shorts.
